This notice explains what happens to the details you give when you join the GLDNHART waitlist.
Who we are
GLDNHART is run by Mariah Howgill, Flat 3, 6 Julian Road, Folkestone, Kent, CT19 5HP. You can contact me about your data at mariahhowgill@gmail.com.
What I collect
Your name, email address, waist size range and, if you choose to give it, your due date.
Why I collect it
To send you launch news, early access and founding member offers, to help you pick the right strap length, and to time updates around your due date. I only use it because you've given consent by ticking the box on the form.
Your due date is optional. It tells me you're pregnant, which counts as health information, so I only keep it if you choose to give it and only use it for the reasons above.
Who sees it
Only me. Your details are stored with Netlify, who process them on my behalf. I will never sell your data or share it for anyone else's marketing.
How long I keep it
Until you unsubscribe or ask me to delete it, or until 12 months after launch if you haven't bought or stayed subscribed, whichever comes first.
Your rights
You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email. You can also ask to see, correct or delete your details by emailing mariahhowgill@gmail.com. If you're unhappy with how your data is handled you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
